Senior Production Manager (Based in Medan)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree form Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering as minimum education background
• Male, Age 48-53 years old preferable.
• Male candidates domiciled in Medan / Sumatera Utara is a must
• Have experience minimum 10 years as Production Manager and or Plant Manager in Manufacture, priority with similar industry (palm oil manufacture and packaging).
• English is a must
• Plan organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets
• Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports of Management strategic initiatives
• Assure attainment of business objectives and production schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customer's expectations.
• Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume
• Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of man power, equipment, facilities, materials and capital.
• Familiar to develop and increasing performance company in designing KPI annually
• Strong Team Leadership skill to develop competency individual for core business team specially and generally

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• This position is for Pacific Medan Industri (KIM II Mabar Medan), Placement in Medan.
• This position will be responsible to manage and monitor all Production activities in all production plants of Pacific Medan Industri.
• This position will handle business process from Refinery to Packaging
• This position will report directly to the GM and has 3 direct subordinates in the Department of Production and Maintenance
