  • Salary between $184,566 - $194,822 (depending on experience) + 15.4% super

The team

The Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T) Portfolio Office provides portfolio, governance and project delivery support across ASIC, helping deliver strategic and operational outcomes.

The Administered Revenue Modernisation (ARM) Program is a major transformation initiative modernising administered revenue services to improve digital experiences, strengthen revenue integrity, and deliver better outcomes for ASIC and its customers.

The role

This role sits within the DD&T Portfolio Office and is dedicated to supporting delivery of the ARM Program. As a Senior Project Manager within the DD&T Portfolio Office, you will be responsible for managing the key ARM Program projects under the direction of the Senior Responsible Officer and in line with ASIC's project management methodology. You will bring proven experience delivering complex technology programs involving large-scale enterprise systems, digital services, vendor management, governance, stakeholder engagement, systems integration and data migration in regulated environments.

Accountabilities will include:

  • Leading ARM Program projects from planning through to delivery, business readiness and operational handover, including vendor management, systems integration, data migration and complex dependencies.
  • Applying strong project management and technology expertise to coordinate complex workstreams and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Ensuring delivery aligns with ASIC Project Management and System Development methodologies (Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall).
  • Delivering projects within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and benefits targets.
  • Maintaining governance, schedules, budgets, documentation, reporting and decision records.
  • Managing risks, issues, dependencies and actions, including timely escalation and resolution.
  • Providing clear reporting to program boards, sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Supporting assurance, audit, compliance, procurement and financial management activities.
  • Forecasting and monitoring project expenditure, commitments and budget impacts.
  • Identifying, coordinating and managing resources to support delivery.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting business readiness, operational transition and benefits realisation to embed new revenue management, case management and digital capabilities.

About you

You will be a confident senior delivery leader who can bring structure, judgement and momentum to complex technology delivery.

Ideally you will have experience in the following:

  • Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK or Agile).
  • Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation programs in government, regulated or similarly complex environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale enterprise systems, ideally including revenue management, case management, digital services, complex integrations data migration and dependency management.
  • Experience delivering secure, accessible digital services with strong user focus and integration across enterprise systems.
  • Strong track record managing vendors, delivery partners and cross-functional teams to deliver technology outcomes on time, within budget and to quality standards.
  • Experience managing risk, governance, compliance and business continuity within corporate or government settings.
