Senior Project Manager
Lead programmes that deliver manufacturing test solutions for new product introduction, connecting silicon, board, system, laboratory, and characterisation activities while managing plans, dependencies, reviews, risks, technical teams, partners, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Build programmes for manufacturing test solutions.
- Connect silicon, board, system, laboratory, and characterisation activities.
- Define plans and manage dependencies.
- Coordinate design-for-excellence reviews.
- Align owners and drive decisions across technical teams and external partners.
- Anticipate technical and operational challenges.
- Improve new product introduction and new product development processes.
Requirements
- Strong project and programme management experience in hardware-centred cross-functional delivery.
- Ability to tailor waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or other project methods.
- Experience aligning distributed technical teams around scope, ownership, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Experience managing complex dependencies across engineering, operations, and manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
- Experience in semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, manufacturing test, laboratory work, or silicon characterisation programmes.
