Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager in Ping Identity’s Business Transformation Office, you will lead complex strategic initiatives that improve organizational performance, translate strategic priorities into executable plans, connect process improvement with technology enablement, and lead change across a complex organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complex strategic initiatives across functions, systems, and operating processes.
- Translate stakeholder needs into scope, requirements, delivery plans, and success measures.
- Apply project management methodologies to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
- Facilitate collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Track and communicate milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
- Present project status, escalations, and tradeoffs to leadership.
- Resolve blockers, conflicts, and critical-path items.
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
- Contribute to Business Transformation Office best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Based in Colorado for hybrid work, currently Tuesdays in the office.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO.
- 3+ years of experience in business consulting.
- Experience with analysis, scoping, requirements gathering, delivery management, and change management.
- Experience leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive stakeholder alignment.
