We're partnering with a large public sector organisation embarking on a significant Salesforce-enabled transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to help scale and deliver a high-profile initiative with national impact.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior PM who understands the Salesforce ecosystem, can navigate complex stakeholder environments, and has successfully led large-scale technology programmes from mobilisation through delivery.

Key responsibilities include
- Leading the planning and delivery of a complex Salesforce product build
- Establishing and maintaining governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks
- Managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Driving programme scalability as scope and organisational adoption increase
- Overseeing budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Facilitating engagement across executive, business, and technical stakeholder groups
- Supporting strategic roadmaps and future-state planning
- Ensuring effective change management and business readiness activities
You'll be a seasoned Project Manager with experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms and transformation initiatives.
- Strong Project Management experience delivering large, complex technology programmes
- Previous experience leading Salesforce implementations or enhancements
- A solid understanding of Salesforce products and ecosystem capabilities
- Strong vendor and delivery partner management capability
- Experience working within complex governance environments
- Experience scaling programmes from initial delivery through enterprise-wide adoption
- Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, automation, predictive analytics, or emerging technology initiatives
- Experience integrating Salesforce with broader enterprise platforms and services
- Previous public sector or large enterprise experience
