Senior Project Manager

What success looks like in this role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex client-facing projects, managing delivery, budgets, risk, change, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes. Working closely with clients, technical teams, and delivery partners, you'll drive execution, solve complex challenges, and build trusted relationships that create long-term value.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects aligned to business objectives.

• Managing project budgets, resources, financial performance, and profitability.

• Acting as a product and domain expert, helping define client requirements and providing guidance to stakeholders.

• Identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues to keep projects on track.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients and senior stakeholders.

• Managing change impacts across timelines, cost, resources, and delivery outcomes.

• Collaborating across teams to ensure client needs are understood and successfully delivered.

• Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and expand services.

• Managing third-party providers and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 6-8 years' relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and customer engagement experience.

• Proven ability to manage project budgets, risk, change, and delivery outcomes.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and client-facing environments.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
