Senior Project Manager
Key responsibilities
Lead capital oil and gas projects from FEED through detailed engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up.
Direct execution of OMPP scopes: well tie-ins, flowlines, trunk lines, and associated onshore facilities across multiple simultaneous desert worksites.
Enforce HSE protocols, zero-harm policies, and Aramco safety management standards; own project safety performance.
Monitor KPIs, baseline schedules, cash flow, and budgets to prevent cost overruns and delays.
Oversee EPC contractors, subcontractors, and procurement; manage variations, claims, and change orders.
Ensure engineering and physical execution adhere to Mandatory Saudi Aramco Engineering Requirements (MSAERs), SAES, SATIP, Schedule Q, and international industry codes.
Serve as the primary liaison between project management teams, Aramco operations, steering committees, and government authorities.
Lead large, multicultural field teams; apply situational leadership across office, yard, and remote worksite environments.
Requirements
10–15+ years in oil and gas project execution, with at least 5+ years in a lead or managerial role.
Demonstrable experience delivering projects on Saudi Aramco's Onshore Maintain Potential Program (OMPP).
Cross-country pipeline construction background (flowlines, trunk lines, well tie-ins) — pipelines measured in kilometres, with familiarity of scraper traps, pigging, cathodic protection, right-of-way, and SCADA/RTU.
Working knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES/SATIP) and Schedule Q requirements.
Expertise in Primavera P6, FIDIC / Aramco Lump Sum Procure Build contract administration, and risk management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Petroleum); licensed engineer.
PMP® preferred; Aramco SAP / PMT approval is a strong plus.
Fluent Arabic and English.
