Our client is a Smart Infrastructure company connects buildings and cities to make them smarter and more energy efficient. They create technology with purpose adding real value for customers. They are currently seeking for a Senior Project Procurement Officer to join their team.

Senior Project Procurement Officer / Project Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineers in establishing client’s requirements and purchase request
• Advise Engineers on selection of procurement strategy and compliance
• Prepare cost estimation for BMS and maintenance contracts
• Prepare Subcontractor and frame agreement
• Handle Subcontractor interview and assessment, evaluation, recommendation and award
• Advise cost reduction status regularly

Requirements:

• Degree or higher diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics or business
• Over 5 years solid track records of hands-on the process of RfQ, eBidding & Contracts handling
• Strong business orientation, customer focus and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficient in English and Cantonese
