Senior Property Manager at Cottonwood Highland and The Richmond Apartments
We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our Salt Lake City team! This position will manage our Cottonwood Highland and Richmond Apartments in Millcreek, UT.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience of a Senior Property Manager
- Minimum three (3) years of multifamily Property Manager experience required.
- Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience.
- REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) experience preferred.
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) is preferred.
- Entrata Core experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.
Job Summary of a Senior Property Manager
- Manage and oversee overall operations of the properties, including maintenance and office functions.
- Regularly communicate with residents, prospects, and vendors.
- Effectively lead property teams to ensure efficient property operations on all levels.
- Responsible for managing cost control and revenue programs, developing annual operating budgets, and developing strategic sales and marketing plans.
