Senior QA Automation Specialist - KRAKÓW

6+ years of experience in Functional Requirement Gathering,
6+ years of experience in Selenium Test Automation using BDD principles,
4 years of hands-on experience with Cucumber,
4 years of experience in API Test Automation using karate and/or rest assured,
2 years of experience with GIT,
experience in designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks,
experience with build tools such as maven or Gradle,
experience working with ci/cd pipelines using Jenkins,
experience with Postman,
experience in database testing, including SQL queries and data validation,
practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
