Senior Quality Assurance (Food Industry)
📍 Work Location: Jurong
🕘 Work Hour: 5 days 8.30am – 5.30pm
💰 Salary: Basic up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
Job Description
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials during production and finished products
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards including HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000
- Monitor hygiene and cleaning practices throughout the production area
- Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure procedures are followed
- Identify quality problems, investigate causes, and implement solutions
- Maintain and update quality documentation and inspection records
- Work with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Handle customer complaints and conduct proper investigations
- Support internal and external regulatory audits
- Ensure proper product labeling, packaging, and storage standards
Requirements
- Experience with food safety systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, or GMP
- Background in food manufacturing industry
- Ability to conduct inspections and maintain accurate records
