The project:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformative mixed-use development in Abha, Saudi Arabia. The programme will create a world-class destination, bringing together residential, commercial, hospitality, leisure, and public realm components to support the region’s future vision and growth aspirations.
The project offers the opportunity to work within an integrated, multidisciplinary team on a large-scale development that will contribute to the ongoing transformation of the Kingdom and create a lasting legacy for the region.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivers assigned elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
- Leads internal and external audit activity, including planning, facilitation, reporting and supporting the achievement of new certifications.
- Provides expert analysis of non‑conformances, identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventative actions to strengthen performance.
- Oversees the review, improvement and implementation of management system content, driving consistency and best practice.
- Coordinates management review activities, analysing data, identifying trends and presenting insights to inform decision‑making.
- Produces high‑quality communications, reports and training materials to support engagement and capability building across the business.
- Manages supplier performance, offering guidance, training and audits to enhance the quality and robustness of their management systems.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree‑level education with lead auditor training and quality‑focused experience.
- Strong working knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001 standards and assurance processes, supported by experience in internal auditing and quality management practices.
- Skilled in audit, risk, budgeting and operational planning.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management in complex organisations.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
