Position Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Lead is a strategic recruitment professional responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while driving recruiting process improvements and workforce planning initiatives. This role partners business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies, manage critical recruitment efforts, leverage talent acquisition analytics, and optimize recruiting systems and processes to support organizational growth and hiring success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, leadership, and critical business roles across multiple departments.
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives that improve hiring quality, candidate experience, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Lead ATS implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration to enhance recruiting efficiency and reporting capabilities.
- Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards, analytics, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Analyze recruiting trends, hiring funnel performance, sourcing effectiveness, and labor market data to support decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-driven recruiting solutions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions.
- Coach and support hire managers and interview teams on best practices and selection processes.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, vendors, and job advertising platforms.
- Ensure compliance with all federals, state, and company hiring policies and procedures.
- Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing for a variety of positions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Experience developing recruiting strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Experience using recruiting metrics and reports to improve hiring results.
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and employment laws.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with workforce planning and supporting hiring forecasts.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with recruiting data.
- Experience with ATS implementations, process improvements, or recruitment automation preferred.
- Ability to present hiring trends and recommendations to leadership.
- Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Education & Experience
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or a related field.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and partnering with hiring managers to fill positions.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Experience tracking recruiting metrics and preparing hiring reports.
- Experience supporting recruiting process improvements and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Previous experience leading projects, mentoring recruiters, or serving in a lead recruiting role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
