Paul Newstone is a boutique recruitment and executive search firm specializing in permanent placement, with offices across Munich, Zurich, and Dubai. We place across Finance, Accounting, HR, Administration, Sales, and Office Support for clients across the DACH market and beyond.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Dubai team, working across the full recruitment lifecycle - from client and candidate sourcing through to placement. This is a senior, largely autonomous role for someone who can manage their own desk, build client relationships, and close.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: business development, candidate sourcing, screening, and placement
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and evaluate candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Negotiate terms with clients and manage the offer/closing process
- Contribute to a growing Dubai desk with autonomy to build your own pipeline
Skills
What You Need:
- Proven experience in recruitment, executive search, or a related consultative sales role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
- Confidence managing a full 360° recruitment desk independently
- Based in or able to work hybrid from Dubai, UAE
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a base + commission structure
Nice to Have:
- Existing network or experience in the UAE/GCC recruitment market
- German language skills, given our DACH-market client base
- Background in Finance, Accounting, HR, or Sales recruiting
