Senior Sales Manager
The Senior Sales Manager, Southeast Asia is responsible for driving profitable growth across an assigned portfolio of wholesale and distributor markets within Southeast Asia. The role combines commercial ownership with strategic business planning, business analytics, and market development responsibilities to support revenue growth, partner performance, and marketplace execution.
This role owns the commercial performance and revenue delivery of designated accounts while partnering closely with external and internal cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, assess market potential, improve operating discipline, and strengthen long-term business performance. The position serves as a key commercial partner across Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, and Digital functions to ensure strong execution against Crocs' growth ambitions and brand standards.
WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE
- Support the development and execution of wholesale and distributor growth strategies across assigned Southeast Asia markets
- Support market development and channel expansion by identifying opportunities across wholesale, retail, partner stores, and digital channels.
- Own commercial performance for assigned markets and accounts, including sales targets, business planning, forecasting, and partner accountability.
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, risks, channel trends, and strategic priorities.
- Lead business reviews with assigned partners, leveraging data and insights to improve sell-through, inventory productivity, marketplace execution, and overall performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Digital teams to deliver commercial objectives and business results.
- Ensure brand-right execution across all markets, supporting Go-To-Market initiatives, product launches, merchandising standards, and consumer-focused marketplace experiences.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in strategy, commercial management, business planning, sales, consulting, category management, commercial operations, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting revenue growth initiatives, strategic planning, and business performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes through insights and analytics.
- Consumer goods, footwear, retail, fashion, lifestyle, or distributor-management experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented, results-driven approach; with a passion for consumer brands and willingness to travel up to 60%.
