Start Date: August 1st, 2026 (or earlier)

EPA Images, a global provider of visual news content, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive our growth across North America. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on selling EPA's premium visual content services to leading news media organizations and expanding our business into new, non-traditional markets across the US and Canada.

Working independently, you will collaborate closely with our international Marketing & Sales team and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage EPA’s client portfolio in North America, with a focus on major news organizations.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with editors, key decision-makers and budget holders in newsrooms and media companies.
  • Develop new business opportunities across news media, broadcasters, magazine & book publishers, NGOs, corporations, and public institutions.
  • Sell EPA’s core services, including our news photo and video feeds, as well as our on-demand production and other services.
  • Visit clients and represent EPA Images at major industry events and conferences.
  • Work with the editorial and marketing teams to build tailored client solutions.
  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience in news media, digital content, or visual licensing, ideally within a photo agency, news wire, or stock imagery environment.
  • A strong network of contacts within news media executives, photo editors, and content buyers.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating content licensing agreements, subscriptions, and commercial partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently within a global, cross-cultural organization.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Native English language. French would be a bonus.
  • US work permit.
What we Offer:
  • A senior commercial role at a highly respected, global leader in journalism and visual media.
  • A competitive base salary supplemented by an attractive, performance-driven commission structure.
  • A comprehensive US employment benefits package, including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and a generous vacation allowance.
  • Collaborative support from an experienced, international team.

Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience in content licensing and your existing network within the North American media landscape until 20 July 2026.
