Senior Sales Manager
Drive revenue growth by directly selling Ripple Custody solutions to financial institutions, crypto natives, and FinTechs across the BeNeLux market. Demonstrate knowledge of Ripple's Custody, Stablecoin, and Payments products, develop strategic account plans, conduct client visits and sales presentations, guide leads through the sales cycle, and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Ripple Custody, Stablecoin, and Payments products.
- Generate leads and secure sales bookings to achieve assigned quotas.
- Develop strategic plans and account tactics for assigned territories and accounts.
- Conduct client site visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Progress leads through qualification, needs assessment, solution presentation, and deal closure.
- Maintain daily sales pipeline forecasts and report sales activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of consultative sales experience in technology and/or financial services.
- 3+ years of experience in digital assets and/or payments or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales to financial institutions and crypto-native clients.
- Strong relationships and knowledge within the European financial services and digital asset industries.
- Ability and desire to manage a territory independently.
- Additional language skills advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and relevant industry tools.
