Senior Sales Operation Officer (up to 25k)

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer / Senior Engineer (Building / Civil) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical inputs on method statement and temporary work design in tender submissions, as well as providing engineering support for all structural-related matters in site projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily sales operations
• Prepare sales related document
• Design sales brochures
• Coordinate with external & internal parties for the sales launch and the after sales
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Liaise with property agencies

Requirements:

• Degree in business-related disciplines
• 3 years of sales operation experience with sizeable property developers
• Strong selling and presentation skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
