Senior Salesforce Developer (Agentforce)
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on Agentforce experience to join our team and drive innovative technical solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional technology teams to design, build, and deploy scalable applications while mentoring development talent and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Responsibilities
- Commercial experience with Agentforce is a must
- Participate in application design, configuration, customization and deployment
- Design and implement technical solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements
- Work closely with various technology teams, including Test automation, DevOps, Integration and UX teams
- Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications
- Lead development team to design and implement innovative solutions with a focus on adhering to standards, best practices and code quality techniques
- Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proven experience across various Salesforce Clouds (preferably Sales & Service)
- Real passion for Salesforce and desire to help customers leverage Salesforce systems
- Proficiency in Salesforce APEX, Lightning and SOQL
- Experience in software version control (GIT) and continuous integration (CI/CD practices)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Nice to have
- Familiarity with LWC
- Experience managing the development team
- Experience working in a distributed team
