Senior Security Engineer

Build, operate, and scale a security program securing systems and assets across product, infrastructure, and operations, including on-chain assets. Design controls, automation, and detection capabilities, and own security projects from evaluation through rollout.

Responsibilities

• Threat model new product features and integrations and harden systems with effective controls.
• Operate and evolve the application security toolchain and keep it high-signal for developers.
• Own day-to-day security operations across EDR, SIEM, on-chain monitoring, identity, and cloud systems.
• Triage vulnerabilities and bug-bounty findings, drive remediation, and support incident response end to end.
• Take security tooling and projects from evaluation through organization-wide rollout.
• Automate security workflows, access reviews, SOC 2 and audit evidence collection, vendor due diligence, and reporting with AI.
• Build reusable AI components, Claude skills, and agents for engineering and other functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on security engineering across product or application security and security operations.
• Experience conducting technical security assessments, system hardening, security policy analysis, and control implementation.
• Adversarial mindset with the ability to pressure-test assumptions.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript and AI tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and LLMs to automation and reusable tooling.
• Experience owning security projects from vendor selection through organization-wide rollout.
• Experience securing high-value or high-throughput transaction systems.
• Clear communication and ability to drive findings to closure.
• Crypto or blockchain security experience.
