We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer – Full Stack (PHP/Laravel) to take a key technical role in developing, integrating, maintaining, and scaling this platform.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, Blade, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, optimizing, and maintaining multiple components of our multi-module business software platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing production-level web applications and be capable of translating business requirements into secure, scalable, reliable, and user-friendly software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Laravel Blade, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable application components.
• Build new modules and features based on business and product requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications and modules.
• Optimize applications for security, reliability, scalability, and performance.

2. PHP & Laravel Development

• Develop robust backend applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Design and implement business logic, workflows, services, middleware, and application architecture.
• Develop and maintain controllers, models, services, migrations, jobs, and other Laravel components.
• Design and maintain database relationships and efficient queries.
• Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and security mechanisms.
• Follow clean coding standards and secure software development practices.

3. Frontend Development

• Develop professional and responsive business interfaces using:
• Laravel Blade
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript
• Build dashboards, forms, reports, administrative interfaces, and business workflows.
• Ensure responsive and cross-browser compatibility.
• Improve frontend usability and performance.
• Collaborate with product and management teams to translate requirements into practical user experiences.

4. ERP, SaaS & Business Applications

Work across multiple interconnected business applications, including:

• ERP modules
• Accounting and finance systems
• HRMS and employee management
• CRM and customer management
• SaaS applications
• Business workflow and operations systems
• Reporting and analytics
• Document and data management
• Communication and collaboration tools
• Video conferencing integrations
• User and employee management systems

The developer should be comfortable understanding complex business processes and translating them into reliable software functionality.

5. API & System Integration

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Integrate internal and third-party systems and services.
• Build secure communication between different modules and applications.
• Integrate payment gateways, communication services, authentication systems, reporting services, and other third-party platforms.
• Work with external APIs and SDKs.
• Ensure reliable and secure data exchange between systems.
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues.

6. Database Development

• Design and maintain relational database structures.

7. Architecture & Scalability

• Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of the platform.
• Design scalable applications capable of supporting increasing users, businesses, and transactions.
• Identify technical bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Develop modular and reusable software components.
• Maintain clean, structured, and maintainable code.
• Participate in architecture and technical decision-making.

8. Testing, Debugging & Quality

• Test new functionality before deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve frontend, backend, database, and API issues.
• Debug complex production and development problems.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Maintain development and coding standards.
• Ensure new features do not negatively impact existing modules.
• Improve application stability, security, and performance.

9. Deployment & Production Support

• Participate in application deployments and production releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Monitor application performance and identify technical problems.
• Work with hosting and server infrastructure where required.
• Maintain development, testing, and production environments.
• Contribute to improving deployment and release processes.

10. Security

• Follow secure software development practices.
• Protect user, financial, and business data.
• Implement appropriate authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Identify and address application vulnerabilities.
• Apply web, API, and database security best practices.
• Implement appropriate access controls across different business modules and user roles.

11. Technical Ownership

• Take ownership of assigned modules and projects from development through deployment.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend technically appropriate solutions.
• Estimate development effort and timelines.
• Identify technical risks at an early stage.
• Deliver reliable and production-ready software.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers when required.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and technical documentation.

Compensation
