Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack
You will design, architect, and build enterprise systems supporting trading, operations, and risk functions. You will build tools, reports, and feeds, own software quality and operational resiliency, participate in cross-company technology efforts, and collaborate with business-line heads and front-office trading.
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and build enterprise systems
- Build tools, reports, and feeds to fulfill business requirements from trading, operations, and risk teams
- Own software quality, efficiency, cost, and operational resiliency
- Participate actively in cross-company technology efforts
- Work closely with business-line heads and front-office trading on system implementation and maintenance
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working in a technical role
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree from a renowned university in a related field
- Experience in a cloud environment
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- Software architecture and design experience
- Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms
- Database design and management experience
- Experience with queue-based systems
- Experience running agile software development teams using Scrum, JIRA, and the Atlassian suite
- Experience with unit, integration, and functional testing
- DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerized systems, and automated deployment
- AWS certification is a distinct advantage
- Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Kafka experience are beneficial
