Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack
Build and enhance customer-facing features for an AI-powered sales platform, owning key features end to end from architecture through deployment and support. Create intuitive, high-performance interfaces, conduct code reviews, document work, partner with product and design, improve engineering practices, and monitor system and product health.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance customer-facing features, especially frontend experiences
- Own end-to-end development of key features from architecture through deployment and support
- Craft intuitive, performant user interfaces for AI insights
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices
- Partner with product and design teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Evolve development practices and tooling to support sustainable scaling
- Own system and product health and make data-driven decisions
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Work from the New York City office at least 3 days per week
- Proficiency in TypeScript frameworks
- Experience with Node.js and REST API design
- Experience with mobile and/or web performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
