Senior Software Engineer (Senior) - Military Simulation Engine / C++ (PRG)
We are a well-established team based in Prague (Czech Republic) at OneArc, developing world-leading military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies. We constantly seek ways to advance the industry using the latest technologies and trends (such as whole-world simulation, motion tracking, VR, AR, and AI).

Do you think you have what it takes?
- You proactively tackle difficult technical problems independently and deliver high-quality, pragmatically designed C++ code.
- You take ownership of your work, write realistic estimates that account for risks, and deliver testable increments regularly.
- You are comfortable communicating across teams, actively initiating technical discussions, and giving constructive code reviews.
- You master C++ and stay up to date with modern standard standards and architectural patterns (e.g., parallel or concurrent programming).
- You have a passion for mentoring others, proposing process improvements, and removing tech debt.
- You are hungry for knowledge and possess deep familiarity with algorithms and data structures.
Nice to have:
- 4+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with game development or simulation engines.
- Solid background in math (e.g., linear algebra, calculus) or physics (e.g., mechanics, optics).
- Demonstrated experience leading a feature team or project module.
