Senior Software Engineer
Set architectural direction, deliver well-engineered code, and own projects impacting Optiver's trading systems. Design, develop, and deploy services for a globally distributed trading platform, build automated low-latency trading systems using machine learning models, leverage AI agents in engineering workflows, and improve trading systems and strategies.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience with large-scale server-side development
- Experience with high-throughput and low-latency system optimization
- Passion for adopting new tools and technologies, including AI agents, LLMs, and emerging development tools
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
- Experience making architectural recommendations on IT solutions, design, and approach
