Senior Software Engineer (Solvers)

Architect and implement the Solver network powering intent-driven cross-chain execution, including algorithms, execution strategies, infrastructure, performance optimization, and cryptoeconomic models for solver participation.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Solver framework
• Architect algorithms and execution strategies for solver competition and quote aggregation
• Lead code and design reviews and make high-impact architectural decisions
• Collaborate with product, research, and ecosystem partners
• Ensure low-latency high-throughput execution across chains
• Design incentive structures and cryptoeconomic models
• Prototype and implement complex technical solutions while remaining hands-on

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in distributed systems or large-scale infrastructure
• Experience with high-performance networking
• Familiarity with smart contracts, on-chain execution frameworks, or cryptoeconomics
• Fluency in Typescript and Go; experience in Rust is a plus
• Proven ability to lead globally distributed engineering teams
• Ability to abstract complexity and drive problems to resolution
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
