Senior Sourcing Production Manager
Position Title: Senior Sourcing Production Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Job Description: - Develop and execute global sourcing strategies by identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and onboarding strategic suppliers and manufacturing partners across Bangladesh, China, India, Turkey, Vietnam, and other key sourcing regions while ensuring cost competitiveness, quality standards, and delivery objectives. - Manage and strengthen supplier and vendor relationships by driving performance improvements in cost, quality, capacity, flexibility, lead times, and compliance while managing supplier negotiations, commercial agreements, pricing, payment terms, and capacity commitments. - Oversee end-to-end apparel production from development handover through bulk production and final shipment, including factory capacity planning, production timelines, critical path management, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of seasonal collections. - Drive continuous improvement through cost optimization initiatives, material and process improvements, supplier performance management, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination with product development, quality, logistics, and business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, with 10–15 years of experience in apparel sourcing, production, and supplier management, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role. - Strong sourcing network and hands-on vendor management experience across key manufacturing regions including China, India, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Turkey, and other global sourcing markets, with proven ability to manage multi-country supplier portfolios. - Extensive knowledge of apparel manufacturing, factory operations, production planning, costing, quality control, compliance, and supply chain management, with proven experience managing production from development handover through bulk shipment. - Strong negotiation, commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience managing supplier partnerships, factory negotiations, and working with international fashion brands, retailers, buying houses, or GCC fashion organizations.
