Senior Specialist - US Payroll (HCM - Reviews/Retainer)

Position Overview:

The Reviews/Retainer Specialist supports payroll compliance reviews, amendments, and advisory services.

Technology Skills, Competencies & Responsibilities:

• Review client documentation for accuracy• Format and organize deliverables• Perform compliance reviews• Complete retro pay calculations• Prepare IRS and state amendments• Draft response letters for notices• Review and analyze tax notices• Conduct payroll tax research• Document findings and recommendations• Process state tax payments• Manage client ShareFile folders

Additional skills set, Qualification and Experience:

• Qualifications - graduate degrees in B.Com or MBA• FPC or CPP certification• Strong payroll and payroll tax knowledge• Experience researching payroll tax law• Experience with amendments• Experience with Compliance Reviews• Strong attention to details & analytical skills• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word and a basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.• Experience in a professional services work environment.• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively while balancing many projects simultaneously.• Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines with good attention to detail.• Work in India afternoon (01 PM to 10 PM IST) or (02 PM to 11 PM IST) based on the requirement.
