Senior Supply Chain Program Manager - Hybrid
The Senior Program Manager provides strategic guidance to service segment or functional teams in a way that advances the Mission and Core Values of Providence St. Joseph Health. The position leads category management activities, including category strategy development, spend and market analysis, stakeholder engagement, supplier relationship and performance management, and the identification and execution of sourcing and value-improvement opportunities. The Senior Program Manager also oversees the assessment, development, deployment, and adoption of programs and initiatives that improve Experience, Delivery, Quality, and Cost. In partnership with PSJH leaders, clinical and operational stakeholders, and suppliers, the Senior Program Manager develops and implements efficient strategies and tactics that address systemic and acute issues, strengthen category performance, and deliver sustainable enterprise value.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement.
- Coursework/Training: Project Management.
- 10 or more years of Experience in appropriate service segment, function, or area of focus.

California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $54.40, Max: $85.88
Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $52.19, Max: $82.39
Washington: Western : Min: $54.40, Max: $85.88
