Senior Test Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to support a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios and scripts for the SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
Lead functional, integration, system, regression and user acceptance testing activities.
Manage defects through triage, prioritisation, retesting and closure.
Coordinate testing across business, technical, vendor and implementation teams.
Provide clear test reporting, quality metrics and risk recommendations to program stakeholders.

Key skills and experience

Strong, recent experience testing SAP SuccessFactors implementations across relevant modules.
Extensive experience as a Senior Test Analyst on complex enterprise transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, system integrations, workflows, roles and permissions.
Excellent test planning, requirements traceability, defect management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Government or public-sector implementation experience is highly desirable.
