Senior Treasury Analyst Global Operations

This role supports daily treasury back-office operations across fiat and digital asset activities, working with payments, bank accounts, wallets, on-chain transactions, internal ledgers, settlements, reporting, controls, SOPs, compliance, audits, and treasury tooling.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international wire transfers
• Maintain bank account documentation and user access
• Track banking fees and assist with AML and KYC requirements
• Perform daily cash and bank balance reconciliations
• Investigate discrepancies and failed transactions
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting
• Support confirmation and settlement of FX and money market transactions
• Monitor and reconcile digital asset wallets across hot, warm, and cold storage
• Process and confirm crypto transfers, exchange trades, and settlements
• Reconcile on-chain transaction data against internal ledgers and accounting records
• Support multi-signature and approval workflows for crypto transfers
• Maintain transaction logs and assist with digital asset compliance checks
• Prepare crypto treasury reports and variance analyses
• Maintain and update fiat and crypto treasury SOPs
• Support internal and external treasury and digital asset audits
• Evaluate and implement crypto treasury tools and custody solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in treasury operations, financial operations, or a related back-office function
• Familiarity with digital assets, wallet structures, exchange operations, and blockchain transaction basics
• Understanding of cross-border payments and international payment types
• Experience with treasury, banking, exchange, or custody platforms
• Attention to detail and reconciliation and analytical skills
• Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work with less-established processes
• Accountability and discretion when handling sensitive financial and transaction data
