我们正在寻找资深游戏交互设计师，作为核心交互设计师，你不只是界面原型产出者，更是全项目玩家体验体系搭建者。核心使命是以游戏世界观为基底，搭建适配的标准化交互管线，统一全系统信息架构、操作逻辑；通过可用性验证、风险前置降低玩家学习成本，打通策划、美术、程序协作壁垒，让游戏获得市面上顶级作品的交互体验。
核心职责
- 【交互体系搭建】主导项目全链路交互标准制定，设计核心系统信息架构与操作逻辑，沉淀可复用交互组件库，保障全产品体验统一。
- 【玩家体验验证】搭建玩家可用性测试流程，基于行为数据、玩家反馈识别操作卡顿、信息过载、引导缺失等体验风险，输出可落地迭代方案并跟进落地。
- 【跨职能流程优化】联动策划、场景美术、客户端程序对齐交互实现边界，梳理原型、评审、落地验收标准化流程，减少反复改稿与沟通内耗。
- 【团队能力赋能】沉淀交互设计方法论，组织组内评审与经验分享，指导初级交互设计师，统一团队设计思考逻辑与输出标准。
任职要求
- 从业年限：7 年以上游戏交互 / UX 设计经验，至少 3 年手游完整项目交互负责经验。
- 项目经历：拥有游戏从零到一完整研发上线经验，能独立搭建整套产品交互框架、组件规范。
- 专业能力：精通用户体验设计方法论，熟练输出流程图、用户旅程、交互原型、落地规范；熟练 Figma/Axure/Unity，懂界面动效、引擎实现基础限制。
- 协作能力：熟悉敏捷研发流程，可独立组织跨部门需求评审、原型验收，具备强逻辑拆解与多方对齐能力。

- 深度游玩拳头相关游戏产品，熟悉相关世界观和角色设定，可以将IP 特质融入交互表达。
- 英语流利，可独立阅读英文需求、撰写英文交互规范，适配国际化协作。
- 完整从研发到上线全流程交互落地经验。
