Senior UX Designer, Industrial Design Team
Own the end-to-end user experience for a biometric iris-verification ecosystem spanning participants, device operators, physical and digital touchpoints, sensory cues, research, prototyping, product launch, and field improvements.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve complete experiences for participants and operators.
- Create experience principles and frameworks across product lines, regions, and user profiles.
- Design content, cues, and instructional elements for devices, accessories, and deployment environments.
- Design UX for on-device interfaces, operator consoles, mobile apps, and web flows.
- Design audio cues, lighting behaviors, and haptic feedback.
- Plan and conduct user research and translate insights into requirements, prototypes, service flows, and guidelines.
- Lead UX development from concept through launch for hardware and software products.
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to preserve design intent.
- Monitor deployed experiences and drive iterative improvements using data and field feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX, service design, or multi-modal experience design.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end systems thinking and multi-touchpoint experience design.
- Expertise designing experiences blending physical, digital, and sensory inputs.
- Hands-on prototyping skills with Figma, motion, audio, and physical mockups.
- Ability to lead research, synthesize complex data, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Experience with hardware engineering, industrial design, firmware, and product teams is a plus.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with high ambiguity.
