Lead Web & Digital Analyst

We are seeking a Lead Web & Digital Analyst to serve as a Digital Analytics SME / Technical Analytics Lead, driving web and mobile analytics operations across enterprise platforms. This role focuses on advanced analytics implementation, data engineering, AI-powered automation, and stakeholder-facing reporting to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer GA4 at an enterprise level, including event design, reporting, attribution, and audience creation
• Configure and manage Google Tag Manager (Web & Server-Side) with Consent Mode v2 and privacy-first measurement practices
• Establish cross-domain and cross-platform tracking along with UTM governance for marketing campaigns
• Develop mobile analytics instrumentation using Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, including app release validation and analytics QA
• Design data layer architecture and build web and mobile analytics tagging using JavaScript
• Build and optimize data pipelines and BigQuery solutions on Google Cloud Platform
• Create executive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions using Power BI and Looker Studio
• Develop KPI frameworks and translate data into clear stakeholder narratives
• Apply Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate analytics workflows and build AI agents for self-service insights
• Support digital marketing measurement, including SEO, paid media, attribution modeling, and conversion rate optimization
• Manage Jira workflows and Confluence documentation within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
• Ensure compliance with GDPR/LGPD standards and support consent management, data governance, and audit processes

Requirements

• 9-14 years of overall experience in digital and web analytics roles
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Firebase Analytics for web and mobile tracking implementation
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and SQL for data engineering and warehousing
• Skills in Power BI and Looker Studio for data visualization and executive reporting
• Knowledge of Anthropic Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot Studio for AI-driven analytics automation
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI-assisted SQL generation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts for analytics use cases
• Background in Android and iOS SDK implementation, deep linking, and mobile event taxonomy design
• Understanding of attribution modeling, customer journey analytics, and A/B testing methodologies
• Competency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum delivery practices
• Qualifications in GDPR/LGPD compliance and consent management platforms, with OneTrust preferred

Nice to have

• Background in Adobe Analytics and Tealium or other tag management systems
• Familiarity with AppTweak and Adjust MMP or equivalent mobile measurement platforms
• Skills in Python for analytics automation and Power Automate
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub version control
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely and VWO
