SEO Team Leader/Manager

Lead comprehensive SEO strategy across multiple projects, covering research, content roadmaps, site structure, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, entity building, analytics, internal processes, team coordination, reporting, mentoring, and collaboration with the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement comprehensive SEO strategy including keyword research, competitor research, content roadmaps, site structure, content optimization, technical SEO, link building, and entity building.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO and build high-quality backlinks.
• Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Accuranker, and SurferSEO to analyze and optimize SEO performance across multiple projects.
• Establish internal SEO processes including audit checklists, keyword and content approvals, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with writers, developers, and designers to ensure timely delivery aligned with SEO goals.
• Assign tasks, set OKRs/KPIs, and track progress through weekly and monthly reports.
• Lead, mentor, and train SEO team members and collaborators.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to integrate SEO into growth plans.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience with global market websites, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proven track record leading an SEO team of 3–10 people, with specific project examples.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, Looker Studio, SurferSEO, Accuranker, WordPress, and similar tools.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Confident project management and team leadership skills.
• IELTS 6.5 English or equivalent, with strong English reading and writing skills.
• Preferred: successful case studies optimizing AI Overview, building Google News presence, or other special optimization strategies.
• Preferred: interest and experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency, with at least six months of market experience.
