We’re looking for a Service Project Manager to lead field service projects, support customers, and drive successful project delivery across HVAC systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead service projects from execution through warranty phase
- Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring a high level of service
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability
- Support startup, commissioning, and field troubleshooting
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, and field teams
- Handle change orders, subcontractors, and project documentation
What You Bring
- 5+ years managing HVAC or technical projects
- Strong project management + customer-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of project financials (P&L, cost tracking)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
