Servicenow implementation consultant

The ideal candidate is a hands-on ServiceNow technical professional with strong SOM/CPQ implementation experience, capable of owning complex configurations, integrations, and post-production support while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end technical delivery, setup, and hands-on configuration of ServiceNow CPQ and Sales and Order Management (SOM) modules.

• Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Relevant ServiceNow SOM, CPQ, or other product-specific micro-certifications.
