SHES Division Manager (Safety Culture & Performance) (T-1220)

Qualifications Bachelors degree in sciences, safety, health, environment, security, or engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience

12 years experience in SHES in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

Recent (within the last five years) experience of HSE management on major projects FEED and EPC phases Technical and Business

Skills

Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.

Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.

Advanced knowledge of relevant SHES management systems and programs.

A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English

Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications
