Site Manager / Construction Manager

Job Description:1. The Site Manager is responsible for the organization and supervision of all site work in cooperation with the Project Manager.
2. Assist in work scheduling, material requisition planning and project supervision.
3. Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations including site progress, quality ,safety and project cost monitoring.
4. Carry out regular site inspections to identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions.
5. Assist Project Manager to liaise and coordinate with Consultant regarding submission reports and facilitate HDB audits.
6. Assist Project Manager to organize respective site operational meetings on related to project matters.
7. Compilation of the construction plan MOS. Implementation of project management system and quality management system.
8. Lead teams to perform and deliver on time in accordance with project master programme.
9. Plan and ensure daily manpower is sufficient to fulfil project deliveries and installation.
10. Monitor equipment usage and allocation.
11.Monitor work progress and provide weekly reports during meetings.
Requirement:
1. At least Diploma, preferably in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in structuring and engineering.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Able to lead teams and manage effectively
