• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations including demolition, piling, structural works, architectural finishing, and MEP works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and workforce allocation to meet project schedules and milestones.
• Act as the main site contact for clients, architects, PE, design teams, and QS teams.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, identify delays, and implement recovery plans when required.
• Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions; raise RFIs and resolve discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Track material usage, support progress claims, and manage variation works.
• Coordinate authority inspections, testing, and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations including BCA, URA, PUB, NEA, and SP requirements.
• Ensure workplace safety compliance through risk assessments, permits, safe work procedures, toolbox meetings, and progress reporting.
• Manage site environment matters and address feedback related to noise, dust, and other site concerns.
• Conduct progressive inspections, manage defects rectification, and ensure quality standards before handover.
• Lead and coordinate in-house workers and foremen to achieve project targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in landed housing, rebuild, major reconstruction, A&A, or major renovation projects.
• Experienced in demolition, excavation, structural works, architectural finishes, landscaping, and MEP works.
• Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and authority requirements.
• Able to interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings and identify site issues.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Google Workspace, and project management applications.
