The Sky Service CCU - RM will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our valued clients. This role requires a proactive and customer-centric approach, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships and providing tailored financial solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with Relationship Managers to understand client needs and deliver an exceptional service.

Manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized solutions.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to develop and implement strategic plans for client growth and retention.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated with market trends and financial products to offer relevant and timely advice to clients.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client portfolios, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Assist in the on-boarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth back-end processes and efficient service delivery.

A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or relationship management role, preferably in the banking industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions.
Proactive and customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering an exceptional service experience.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
