Social Manager
Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the web3 community, create and curate meme-driven and trend-forward content, manage and maintain a consistent brand voice across channels, collaborate with external agencies to produce visual assets, analyze metrics to optimize campaigns, and align social activity with broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a portfolio demonstrating growth and engagement in tech or blockchain
- Deep understanding of web3 community dynamics, niche humor, and meme culture
- Demonstrated ability to increase followers, likes, and engagement across platforms
- Fluency in communities surrounding Optimism and related ecosystems
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
- Strong creative skills for producing and curating social content
- Experience working with creative agencies or production teams
