Social Media and Content Manager
Manage social media and content across X, LinkedIn, and the company blog, transforming market commentary and onchain insights into engaging content for institutional clients and the broader crypto community.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish content across X, LinkedIn, and the company blog.
- Develop original market analysis, commentary, crypto trend perspectives, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with research and data science teams to package onchain insights into shareable content.
- Write, manage, and grow the company newsletter.
- Produce infographics, charts, and visual assets with the creative team.
- Support product launches, announcements, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor crypto markets and regulatory developments for content opportunities.
- Conduct independent research to develop original perspectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or content, preferably at a crypto company serving institutions.
- Demonstrated success managing social media accounts with measurable engagement and audience growth.
- Strong writing portfolio including blogs, threads, newsletters, or research pieces.
- Ability to explain technical or data-heavy concepts through clear narratives.
- High proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
- Experience collaborating with data science, research, or product teams.
- Experience partnering with creative teams on infographics and visual content.
- Experience marketing to institutional or B2B audiences in crypto or fintech is preferred.
- Experience with analytics tools, Figma or Canva, SEO, and AI search content visibility is preferred.
