Social Media Manager
Own and elevate social presence across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative brands by planning and publishing content, capturing and editing product moments, managing the Discord community, coordinating launches and creator campaigns, monitoring analytics, tracking trends, improving brand voice, and developing content formats for creators and marketers.
Responsibilities
- Own the social content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord.
- Coordinate with creative producers and product teams.
- Capture screen recordings, motion demos, and feature walkthroughs.
- Record and edit social content.
- Grow the Discord community.
- Plan content for product launches and company moments.
- Coordinate creator work and campaigns.
- Monitor platform analytics.
- Track platform trends and cultural moments.
- Manage community engagement.
- Develop content formats that drive engagement.
Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts for a technology or creative tools company.
- Lightweight video editing ability.
- Experience recording and editing content with Screen Studio.
- Platform-native copywriting skills.
- Social analytics fluency.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional content.
- Understanding of AI and creative tools.
- Experience managing creator-focused product social media.
- Experience running or growing a Discord community.
- Experience with social scheduling and management tools.
