Role Description The Freelance Social Media Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across the company’s social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include managing posting schedules, optimizing content for each platform, monitoring comments and messages, and responding promptly in a professional manner. The Social Media Manager will develop and refine content strategies aligned with marketing goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand mortgage products and translate them into clear, informative social content is an important part of the role.

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to grow audience reach and improve engagement.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, accurate, and compelling posts and responses.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan campaigns, align content with business objectives, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Experience managing social media accounts for financial services or professional services organizations is beneficial.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and basic analytics or reporting tools is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is an advantage.
