Software Developer - Frontend

MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire a Software Developer - Frontend (on Hybrid working modules basis) with the following tasks and responsibilities:

Your Job:

Frontend Development

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using Angular and/or React.
• Build responsive and reusable UI components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Apply CSS frameworks and styling methodologies to ensure consistent design and layout.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience across devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Quality, Performance & Accessibility

• Ensure frontend performance, accessibility, and usability best practices are followed.
• Apply secure coding standards and frontend development guidelines.
• Debug, fix, and enhance existing frontend features and UI components.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with backend developers to ensure proper API integration.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to accurately translate designs into functional user interfaces.
• Support testing activities and resolve issues identified during QA cycles.

• Assist in application deployment and post-production support activities under guidance.

Code Quality & Documentation

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured frontend code.
• Participate in code reviews and apply feedback from senior developers.
• Prepare basic technical documentation and UI-related specifications.

Communication & Working Relationships

• Communicate development progress, challenges, and issues to team members and supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.

• Escalate frontend-related technical issues and risks in a timely manner.

  
  

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in frontend web development.
• Practical experience working with Angular and/or React in development projects.
• Good working knowledge of Angular and/or React.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS techniques (responsive layouts, flexbox, grid).
• Good working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience developing responsive and cross-browser web interfaces.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data.
• Basic understanding of frontend security, performance, and accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity with Git version control systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and web deployment processes.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
