Job Description
- Develop and maintain backend applications in Java, using Spring Framework (Spring Boot).
- Support the development and evolution of REST APIs, following quality and security standards.
- Participate in the maintenance and operation of applications in an AWS environment, with team guidance.
- Assist in the use of containerization tools such as Docker.
- Participate in the stages of the software development lifecycle (implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring).
- Apply development best practices, including Clean Code concepts and code organization.
- Support integrations with external systems and services.
- Work together with multidisciplinary teams (product, QA, DevOps, and data).
- Contribute to continuous improvements of systems, processes, and delivery quality.
- Participate in initiatives involving new technologies, including solutions supported by Artificial Intelligence.
Required Requirements
- Knowledge of Java 11+.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Basic understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of code versioning with Git.
- Basic understanding of software testing.
- Interest in learning about cloud environments and system architecture.
- Good programming logic and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Basic knowledge of AWS (S3, SQS, or similar services).
- Basic knowledge of Docker.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts.
- Basic understanding of observability (logs and metrics).
- Interest or initial contact with Artificial Intelligence solutions, such as API consumption or automations.

- Good communication and team collaboration.
- Organization and commitment to deliveries.
- Ease in receiving feedback and evolving technically.

Differentials
- Previous experience (academic, internship, or personal projects) with Java and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of microservices.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Participation in projects using AI, automation, or data analysis.
- Certifications or courses related to Java, AWS, or Cloud Computing.
