- Build product features and platform components across the stack, including front end, back end, infrastructure, and on-chain systems.
- Own scoped projects end-to-end from problem definition and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver fast, reliable, and secure experiences.
- Instrument and improve performance, reliability, and observability.
- Write clear tests and documentation.
Requirements
- Hands-on software-building experience through courses, personal projects, research, or internships in languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Rust, Java, or C/C++.
- Ability to write clear, tested code.
- Solid computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and systems thinking.
- Familiarity with Git and basic debugging.
- Ability to make informed trade-offs with business context, along with high agency and a team-first mindset.
- Curiosity about DeFi and crypto; prior domain experience is not required.
- Preferred experience in full-stack web, backend APIs and services, infrastructure or DevOps, or on-chain and low-level systems.
- Preferred familiarity with blockchain technology, with Solana experience a plus.
- Preferred interest or experience in fintech or trading.
- Rust or TypeScript proficiency preferred.
