Software Engineer Crypto Platform
You will build and operate infrastructure powering transactions on World Chain, including transaction execution, state access, smart contract interaction, event ingestion, indexing, data processing, blockchain resilience, monitoring, incident response, and operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Design and implement reliable transaction and event services
- Build secure indexing and data processing pipelines
- Develop and maintain smart contracts
- Improve blockchain read and write resilience
- Own features from design through deployment
- Partner with engineering, protocol, infrastructure, and security teams
- Contribute to monitoring, alerting, incident response, and maintenance
- Define platform abstractions for onchain experiences
Requirements
- Experience building production backend systems in Go, Rust, or TypeScript
- Experience with distributed systems, reliability engineering, or high-throughput backend services
- Familiarity with Ethereum, EVM-based chains, smart contracts, account abstraction, or ERC-4337
- Experience with event-driven systems, indexing pipelines, or Temporal
- Strong debugging skills across service boundaries and blockchain infrastructure
- Pragmatic approach to security, correctness, and operational excellence
