Software Engineer, Data Growth

As a Software Engineer in Data Growth, you will transform how Web3 customers discover, onboard, and adopt products through scalable automation, self-service experiences, intelligent workflows, and modern software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation capabilities for customer onboarding and operational workflows.
• Develop self-service experiences for customer onboarding, configuration, and product access.
• Improve onboarding cycle times and process scalability.
• Re-architect systems and workflows for provisioning, data sourcing, and customer enablement.
• Apply AI technologies and modern engineering practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across technical and business teams on sustainable, scalable solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve end-to-end customer experiences.

Requirements

• Experience building software products or platforms using TypeScript.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies, tools, or frameworks.
• Exposure to Web3 technologies or electronic trading environments.
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience designing and implementing automation solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Preferred: experience with Golang, self-service platforms, onboarding systems, workflow automation, data integration, distributed systems, APIs, or cloud-native architectures.
